Caesar Chicken Tacos (Print Version)

Loads of flavor with savory chicken, cheesy Parmesan, Caesar-y lettuce, and crunchy bacon bits tucked in crisp tortillas.

# Ingredients:

→ Cooking Supplies

01 - Avocado oil to grease your skillet

→ Filling and Toppings

02 - 8 mini flour tortillas
03 - Chopped half a romaine head
04 - 3 tbsp crispy beef bacon bits
05 - 80 ml creamy Caesar sauce
06 - 50 g shredded Parmesan

→ Chicken Base

07 - 500 g minced chicken meat
08 - 2 tsp garlic powder
09 - Dash of cracked black pepper
10 - Salt, as much as you like

# Steps:

01 - Finely chop your romaine and grate the Parmesan if it's not already shredded. Have bacon bits and Caesar dressing nearby.
02 - Throw your ground chicken into the bowl. Dump in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Use your hands or a spoon and mash it up till it's mixed well.
03 - Plop some chicken mixture onto each tortilla. Spread it out across one side. Press so the chicken sticks nice and flat.
04 - Set your pan over medium-high heat. Add avocado oil, then put tortillas chicken-side down. Let them cook for 2 or 3 minutes until the meat's golden and set.
05 - Flip the tortillas so the plain side can get crispy too. Wait till both are golden and crunchy.
06 - Pile on that lettuce, slap on Caesar, shower with Parmesan, and toss on bacon bits. If you want, you can dunk the lettuce in dressing before adding for extra flavor everywhere.
07 - Fold 'em up while they're hot and crispy. Dig in before they lose that crunch.

# Notes:

01 - Push the chicken down firmly on tortillas so it cooks evenly and doesn't fall apart in the pan.
02 - If you toss your lettuce with the dressing beforehand, it grabs onto the cheese and bacon better.
