# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Dry Stuff

01 - 1.25 ml salt
02 - 43 g unsweetened cocoa powder
03 - 125 g regular flour
04 - 5 ml baking soda

→ Wet Stuff

05 - 1 large egg
06 - 55 g packed brown sugar
07 - 113 g softened unsalted butter
08 - 100 g white sugar
09 - 5 ml vanilla extract

→ Topping

10 - 90 g white chocolate chips

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Melt the white chocolate chips. Drizzle it over the cookies and drag a toothpick from the center out to make spider lines.
02 - Put them in the oven for 10 minutes or until they puff up a little. Let them cool a bit right on the tray.
03 - Using a spoon, drop dough balls about a tablespoon each on the lined trays. Keep them spaced around 5 cm apart.
04 - Slowly mix the dry stuff into the wet mix until everything looks combined.
05 - Beat softened butter with both sugars until creamy and light. Then mix in the egg and vanilla well.
06 - In a medium bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt together.
07 - Set oven to 175°C and line two baking sheets with parchment.
