Creamy noodles loaded with steak, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and a sweet-spicy kick—perfect for busy nights when you want big flavor.

# Ingredients:

→ Steak Fixings

01 - 450 g sirloin beef
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
05 - Salt and fresh black pepper, as much as you like

→ Pasta & Sauce Bits

06 - 340 g penne or rigatoni noodles
07 - 4 cloves garlic, chopped up
08 - 240 ml heavy cream
09 - 70 g fresh Parmesan, shredded
10 - 2 tablespoons honey
11 - 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
12 - 45 g plain butter
13 - 15 g fresh parsley, chopped small
14 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice, squeezed fresh

# Steps:

01 - Take the sirloin and chop it into small chunks. Sprinkle with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and some pepper. Get it all covered evenly.
02 - Fill a big pot with water and salt it well. Dump in the pasta and stir. Cook so it's just tender. Save about 125 ml of that water before straining it all out.
03 - Pour olive oil into a big pan on medium-high. Toss steak pieces in, cooking each side 2–3 minutes until they've got a solid sear. Remove them to rest on a plate.
04 - Using the same pan on medium, toss in butter. Let it melt, then add chopped garlic and chili flakes. Stir for about a minute till it smells awesome.
05 - Pour the heavy cream and honey in. Lower the heat and let it bubble softly for a few minutes.
06 - Take the pan off the stove. Toss in Parmesan and lemon juice and mix until it all comes together and looks smooth.
07 - Drop your drained pasta right into the sauce. Give it a toss and use some of that pasta water if it looks too thick. Throw in those steak bites with any juices, too.
08 - Scatter chopped parsley up top and dig in while it's nice and warm.

# Notes:

01 - Stash a little pasta water on the side. You can add it at the end if things get too thick.
