# Ingredients You'll Need:

01 - Fresh parsley for topping
02 - Swiss cheese slices, 2
03 - Whole-grain bread, 2 slices
04 - Optional: 15 grams mayo spread

05 - 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
06 - 15 grams butter without salt
07 - Salt and black pepper as you like
08 - About 150 grams mushrooms, sliced
09 - A splash (5 ml) of olive oil

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Take the sandwiches off the pan. Sprinkle parsley on top and eat while warm.
02 - Put the sandwiches in a pan over medium heat. Let them toast until the bread looks golden and the cheese gets melty. Flip carefully and cook the other side for around 5 to 7 minutes.
