01 - Cooking spray
02 - 8 oz cream cheese
03 - 1 cup sour cream
04 - 30 oz refried beans
05 - 4.5 oz chopped green chiles, drained and rinsed
06 - 1 oz taco seasoning
07 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
09 - 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
10 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
11 - 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
12 - 16 oz shredded Mexican blend cheese
13 - 1/4 cup thinly sliced scallions
14 - Tortilla chips, for serving

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
02 - Microwave cream cheese and sour cream in a large microwave-safe bowl on HIGH for about 1 minute and 30 seconds, or until the cream cheese is softened. Whisk together until smooth.
03 - Stir refried beans, green chiles, taco seasoning, kosher salt, smoked paprika, chili powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and 2 cups of shredded cheese into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
04 - Transfer the dip mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it in an even layer. Top with the remaining 2 cups of shredded cheese.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Remove from the oven, top with thinly sliced scallions, and serve warm with tortilla chips.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure the green chiles are well-drained to prevent excess moisture in the dip.
