Keep the strawberries in the fridge or just leave them out until the chocolate firms up.

Melt the white chocolate then drizzle it over the strawberries covered in dark chocolate.

Put the chocolate-covered strawberries on some parchment paper so they don’t stick.

Take each strawberry and dunk it into the melted dark chocolate until it’s fully covered.

Warm the dark chocolate slowly in the microwave or over a pot of simmering water until smooth.

Rinse the strawberries well and dry them completely so the chocolate sticks better.
