Thanksgiving Herb Stuffing (Printable Version)

Herb-packed bread stuffing with veggies and broth, baked until crisp on top and tender inside.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Bread

01 - Cubed loaf of bread, about 1

→ Veggies

02 - 2 celery stalks chopped
03 - 1 onion chopped up

→ Liquids

04 - Vegetable broth, 960 ml

→ Spices

05 - A teaspoon of salt
06 - Half a teaspoon black pepper, ground
07 - Tablespoon of thyme, dried
08 - Tablespoon of dried sage

→ Fats

09 - 120 grams of butter

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Cook it for 30 to 40 minutes till the top is nice and brown and it’s heated all the way through.
02 - Spread the mix evenly into your baking dish.
03 - Add the veggie broth over the bread then stir in the cooked celery and onion until it’s all combined.
04 - In a big bowl, toss the bread cubes with sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
05 - In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and cook the onion and celery till soft.
06 - Turn the oven on to 175°C so it’s ready to bake.
