08 - 30 grams salt

→ Stuffing and Broth

09 - Chicken broth, 946 ml

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Let the turkey sit out for half an hour uncovered so the juices settle before cutting it up.
02 - Stick a meat thermometer in the thickest thigh part and make sure it hits 75°C or 165°F.
03 - Cook the bird for 2.5 to 3 hours. Take off the foil for the last hour to get that skin nice and brown.
04 - Put the stuffed turkey in a roasting pan and cover loosely with foil.
05 - Heat your oven to 175°C or 350°F before getting started.
06 - Rub softened butter all over the turkey, then add salt and black pepper all over too.
07 - Mix the stuffing with chopped onion, garlic, carrots, and celery, then pack it inside the turkey evenly.
08 - Take out the giblets and dry the turkey with paper towels.

# Helpful Tips:

01 - Make sure the turkey is fully thawed so it cooks evenly.
02 - A good meat thermometer is key to getting the temperature right.
03 - Letting the turkey rest keeps it juicy and tender.
