08 - Pinch of salt
09 - Honey around 15 ml if you like it sweeter
10 - Orange zest and juice from one orange
11 - Fresh mint leaves chopped, 10 g

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Whisk orange juice and zest with lime juice, chopped mint, honey if you want, and a little salt until it’s mixed up well.
02 - Peel and chop banana, papaya, mango, pineapple, and kiwi into similar sized pieces so everything’s easy to eat.
03 - Mix the pomegranate seeds into the fruit for some fresh color and crunch.
04 - Gently toss all the chopped fruits in a big bowl so they’re evenly spread.
05 - Drizzle the citrus dressing over the fruits and stir carefully so all the pieces get a nice coating.
06 - Spoon the salad into a bowl, add extra mint on top if you like, and enjoy right away or chill it up to an hour to bring out the flavors.

# Helpful Tips:

01 - You can tweak the honey if fruits are already sweet. Pick fruits that are ripe but still firm for the best feel. Let it cool in the fridge for half an hour before eating so the flavors come together.
