# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Turkey meatballs

01 - 240 g stuffing mix ready
02 - 0.5 tsp black pepper
03 - 1 big egg
04 - 454 g ground turkey meat
05 - 15 ml olive oil
06 - 0.5 tsp poultry seasoning
07 - 240 ml chicken broth
08 - 0.5 tsp salt

→ Gravy to add

09 - 240 ml chicken or turkey gravy warmed up

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Get the oven going at 190°C or warm a pan on medium.
02 - In a big bowl, mix the stuffing mix with chicken broth and let it soak until soft.
03 - Stir in your ground turkey, egg, salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning with the soft stuffing until it's all together.
04 - Roll the mix into balls about 4 to 5 cm across.
05 - Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment or in your pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or fry till fully done and at 74°C inside.
06 - Serve them hot and add warm gravy if you like.
