Get the oven going at 190°C or warm a pan on medium.

In a big bowl, mix the stuffing mix with chicken broth and let it soak until soft.

Stir in your ground turkey, egg, salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning with the soft stuffing until it's all together.

Roll the mix into balls about 4 to 5 cm across.

Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment or in your pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or fry till fully done and at 74°C inside.

Serve them hot and add warm gravy if you like.
