03 - 375 g plain flour
04 - 7 g dry active yeast (one packet)
05 - 5 g sugar

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Get a skillet hot over medium-high heat but don’t add oil. Fry each flatbread about 3 minutes on each side until they’re golden and fully cooked.
02 - Punch down the dough, cut it into six equal pieces, then roll each piece to be about 1.25 cm thick and round.
03 - Put the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and leave it somewhere warm for around an hour until it’s doubled in size.
04 - Move the dough to a floured surface and knead it for about 10 minutes till it feels smooth and stretchy.
05 - Mix the olive oil and the yeast mixture into the flour and salt. Keep stirring until you get a rough dough.
06 - Whisk together the salt and flour in a big bowl until they’re evenly mixed.
07 - Stir sugar, yeast, and warm water together in a small bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it bubbles up.
