Chill the chocolate mix in the fridge for at least two hours until it’s firm.

Spread cocoa powder on top first and then toss on nuts and dried fruit evenly.

Cut into small bites or gently pop the chocolate out of the mold before serving.

Take the pan off the heat, mix in chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir until it’s all melted and smooth.

Warm the cream in a pan on medium heat. Watch closely and don’t let it boil, just simmer gently.

Mix in the powdered sugar well so the whole thing feels silky and even.
