# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Chocolate coating

01 - 30 ml coconut oil
02 - 225 g chopped dark chocolate

→ Fruit

03 - 450 g fresh strawberries

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Dry the strawberries completely with paper towels after rinsing them well under cold water. This helps the chocolate stick better.
02 - Pop the coconut oil and dark chocolate in a microwave bowl. Heat for 20 to 30 seconds at a time, stirring between sessions until smooth and melted.
03 - Grab each strawberry by the stem. Dip it in the melted chocolate and spin it around so it’s covered all over. Let the extra chocolate drip back.
04 - Set the dipped strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Keep them a bit apart so they don’t stick.
05 - Put the sheet in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes until the chocolate hardens all the way.
06 - Eat the strawberries cold or let them warm up a bit to room temperature.
