01 -
Fill a small saucepan with water and heat until it barely bubbles. Put a heat-safe bowl on top but don’t let it touch the water.
02 -
Put the dark chocolate in the bowl and stir gently until it’s melted and shiny. Take it off the heat and mix in the vanilla extract.
03 -
Dip each strawberry so it’s covered well, let the extra chocolate drip off, then place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
04 -
Repeat melting with the milk chocolate, then use it to drizzle thin lines over the dipped strawberries to add flair.
05 -
While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle on your colorful toppings so they stick well.
06 -
Put the tray in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes until the chocolate is firm.
07 -
Melt the white chocolate and carefully drizzle or pipe cool patterns on top for a nice look.
08 -
Wait until the white chocolate cools and sets before you eat or pack them up.
