01 - 200 grams sugar

03 - 30 grams icing sugar

05 - 2 big eggs
06 - 115 grams room-temp unsalted butter
07 - 5 milliliters vanilla flavor
08 - 120 milliliters heavy cream

09 - 300 grams berry mix
10 - Chocolate curls for topping

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Set the oven to 175°C and grease your cake pan well so nothing sticks.
02 - Sift flour, cocoa, and sugar together in a big bowl for an even mix.
03 - Put in the butter, eggs, and vanilla then stir everything till smooth with no lumps.
04 - Dump the batter in the pan and spread it out flat with a spatula.
05 - Bake it for 25-30 minutes. Check when a toothpick pops out clean.
