Heat oven to 175 degrees Celsius and line an 8 by 8 inch pan with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix together baking powder, salt, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and flour.

Pour vanilla, plant milk, and melted coconut oil into the dry mix. Stir it all up well.

Pour your mix into the pan and spread it so it’s even.

Stir peanut butter and maple syrup till smooth, then scoop and swirl it on top of your batter with a spatula.

Bake for about half an hour till it’s firm but still a little soft inside.

Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before slicing into nine pieces.
