Steak Potatoes Garlic Butter (Print Version)

Juicy steak sizzled with browned baby potatoes in buttery garlic, cooked up fast in one pan for easy cleanup.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - Freshly ground black pepper, use as much as you like
02 - Salt, sprinkle in as needed
03 - 56 g plain butter, not salted
04 - 4 garlic cloves, chopped up
05 - 480 ml baby potatoes, cut in half
06 - 450 g steak meat

→ Garnish

07 - A bit of chopped parsley

# Steps:

01 - Before you bring it to the table, throw some parsley on top. Get it onto plates while it's still steaming.
02 - Slice the steak you let rest and slide it into the pan with the potatoes. Combine everything and heat until it’s all warmed through.
03 - Mix in the rest of the butter and garlic. Let it sizzle for a minute or so, tossing things to cover the potatoes in that garlicky goodness.
04 - Toss your cut potatoes into the same pan. Cook ‘em for 8–10 minutes or until they're tender and browned a bit.
05 - Melt half the butter in a big skillet set over medium heat. Pop in the steak and let it cook until it's done how you want. Take it out, cover it up with foil, and let it chill for a few minutes.
06 - Season both steak sides with plenty of salt and loads of black pepper until they’re nicely coated.

# Notes:

01 - If your steak's thicker, let it sear and rest longer so it's nice and soft when you eat it.
02 - Use any steak cut you like best—ribeye, sirloin, whatever you love.
