08 - Maple syrup or hot sauce to dip

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Cook eggs mixed with milk, salt, and pepper in a pan over medium heat. Keep stirring gently until they're soft but not dry.
02 - Use a rolling pin to flatten each bread slice so it's easier to roll.
03 - Put cheese, scrambled eggs, and bacon or sausage on the flattened bread. Roll them up tight and press the edges to close.
04 - Brush melted butter all over each roll to help them get crispy and brown.
05 - Cook roll-ups in the air fryer at 190°C for about 6 to 8 minutes. Flip them once halfway through. Serve warm with syrup or hot sauce if you want.

# Helpful Tips:

01 - If you want crunchier rolls, spread more melted butter before cooking. Don't use wet fillings or it'll get soggy. Try swapping cheese or meat kinds to find what you like best.
