# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Sugars & Spices

01 - 1 teaspoon salt
02 - 100 g brown sugar
03 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
04 - 100 g white sugar

→ Nuts

05 - 2 cups pecan halves

→ Binder

06 - 15 ml water
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla
08 - 1 egg white

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Take the pecans out of the air fryer and let them chill on some parchment or a heat-safe plate until fully cool.
02 - Set your air fryer to 150°C and give it some time to heat up.
03 - In a medium bowl, beat the egg white, water, and vanilla until you see bubbles and it's nice and frothy.
04 - In a different bowl, stir together the white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
05 - Put the pecans into the egg white mix and toss them around so they all get covered well.
06 - Sprinkle the sugar and spice mix over the wet pecans, then stir so everything’s evenly coated.
07 - Spread the pecans out in one layer inside the air fryer basket. Don’t pile them up or they won’t cook right.
08 - Cook them in the air fryer for 10 minutes. Halfway in, shake the basket so all sides get that golden color.
