Turn on the air fryer and heat it to 200°C. Let it warm up.

Use paper towels to soak up any extra wetness from the pickle slices.

Put the flour in one wide dish. Beat the eggs in another. Mix panko, Parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a third dish.

Coat each pickle in flour and shake off what's extra. Dip it into the eggs and then press it in the breadcrumb mix so it sticks well.

Lightly spray the fryer basket with cooking spray. Lay the coated pickles in a single layer inside.

Cook at 200°C for 6 to 8 minutes. Flip halfway, and watch for a nice golden color and crispiness.

Eat right away while warm. They go great with a tart dill dip if you want.
