Apple Cinnamon Tea, Cold (Print Version)

A calming mix of black tea steeped with apple chunks, cinnamon and ginger, topped with a touch of honey.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 black tea bags or loose tea leaves
02 - 4 cups of water
03 - 2 cinnamon sticks
04 - 1 large apple, sliced thin
05 - 1/4 cup honey, adjust based on preference
06 - 1 inch fresh ginger, finely grated
07 - Ice cubes, if you’re making the cold version

→ Optional Garnish

08 - Cinnamon sticks
09 - Extra apple slices

# Steps:

01 - Boil 4 cups of water, then take it off the heat. Toss in the black tea bags and let them sit for around 5 minutes before removing.
02 - After taking out the tea bags, mix in the apple slices, grated ginger, and cinnamon sticks. Let the tea soak up these flavors for 10 minutes, and while it’s still warm, give it a good stir with some honey.
03 - Take out the cinnamon sticks and pour the tea into mugs. It’s ready to be sipped while it’s still toasty.
04 - Let the tea come down to room temp, then pop it in the fridge until it’s cold. Grab some glasses, add ice cubes, and pour the tea over. Toss in a slice of apple and a cinnamon stick for a fancy touch.

# Notes:

01 - If you like stronger flavors, leave the apple and spices soaking for a bit longer before serving.
