Bang Bang Skewers (Print Version)

Juicy grilled chicken skewers with peppers and a punchy sauce—great for chill nights or casual get-togethers.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
02 - 2 bell peppers (any color works), cut up into chunks
03 - 4 chicken breast pieces, no skin or bones, cut into cubes (about 675 g)

→ Sauce

04 - 30 ml honey
05 - 120 ml mayo
06 - 30 ml fresh lime juice
07 - 30 ml Sriracha (spice it up or down as you like)

→ Other

08 - 8 water-soaked wooden skewers

# Steps:

01 - Pour any extra sauce right over the hot skewers and eat them while they're still nice and warm.
02 - Get your grill hot at medium-high. Toss on the skewers and grill for about 10 to 12 minutes. Flip them here and there until you see some good color and the chicken's cooked through.
03 - Stick the chunks of chicken and bell peppers onto the soaked skewers, switching up the order as you go so it all gets used up.
04 - Stir mayo, Sriracha, honey, and lime juice together in a bowl. Mix it up well so it's smooth. Taste and add more hot stuff if you need.
05 - Cut the chicken into chunks and chop the bell peppers too. Try to make everything pretty even so it cooks right.

# Notes:

01 - Soak your wooden skewers at least 20 minutes or they'll burn up on the grill.
