Blue Raspberry Slushie (Print Version)

Frosty blue raspberry ice slush whirled with coconut, finished off with puffy whipped cream, a shower of sprinkles, and juicy raspberries.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 5 ml coconut extract
02 - 240 ml lemon-lime sparkling water
03 - 950 g ice cubes
04 - 480 ml Blue Raspberry Martini mix
05 - 80 ml liquid whipping cream

→ Garnish

06 - fresh raspberries
07 - blue sprinkles
08 - coconut or regular whipped cream

# Steps:

01 - Pile whipped cream on top, sprinkle blue bits, and set a raspberry right on there for each glass.
02 - Split the slush into four glasses, making sure each one's about 240 ml.
03 - Crank your blender to high and let it run till everything's icy and smooth. It takes about half a minute up to a minute.
04 - Pour in the coconut extract, sparkling water, ice cubes, Blue Raspberry Martini mix, and the whipping cream.
