Turn the grill to medium heat around 175°C or get your oven hot to 220°C.

Take off the green leaves and slice the cauliflower into two thick pieces about an inch wide each.

Stir the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl till combined.

Coat each side of the cauliflower pieces with the seasoning mix using a brush.

Either grill each side for 5 to 7 minutes or roast them in the oven for about 25 to 30 minutes, flipping once, until they’re soft and nicely browned.
