01 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
02 - 45 ml olive oil, extra virgin
03 - 1 tsp garlic powder
04 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ground
05 - ½ tsp salt, sea

06 - One medium cauliflower, about 900 grams

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Turn the grill to medium heat around 175°C or get your oven hot to 220°C.
02 - Take off the green leaves and slice the cauliflower into two thick pieces about an inch wide each.
03 - Stir the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl till combined.
04 - Coat each side of the cauliflower pieces with the seasoning mix using a brush.
05 - Either grill each side for 5 to 7 minutes or roast them in the oven for about 25 to 30 minutes, flipping once, until they’re soft and nicely browned.
