# Ingredients You'll Need:

01 - 680 grams chicken breast, no bones or skin

→ Veggies

02 - 4 cloves garlic, chopped fine
03 - about 460 grams broccoli florets, fresh
04 - 2.5 cm fresh ginger, grated small

→ Sauce Mix

05 - 15 milliliters sesame oil
06 - 30 milliliters honey
07 - 60 milliliters low-salt soy sauce

→ Oils

08 - 30 milliliters oil for cooking

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Cut chicken into thin slices. Rinse broccoli and break into small pieces.
02 - Mix chicken with honey, garlic, soy, ginger, and sesame oil. Let it sit for 15 minutes or more.
03 - Warm oil in a pan on medium-high heat. Toss in chicken and cook till golden and done, around 5 or 7 minutes.
04 - Put broccoli into the pan. Cook until bright green but still a bit firm, about 3 to 4 minutes.
05 - Combine everything, taste and fix seasoning if needed. Serve warm with noodles or rice.

01 - Make sure chicken hits 74°C inside. Try serving with brown rice or quinoa for a healthy boost. If you like heat, red pepper flakes work great.
