Cook chicken on medium heat for 6 to 7 minutes each side until no longer pink. Take it off the heat and let it cool before you cut it.

Give the romaine lettuce a good wash and chop it up well.

Put the sliced chicken in a bowl. Pour over Caesar sauce and mix it up so all pieces are covered nicely.

Spread out a tortilla. Add the coated chicken, then the chopped lettuce and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

Roll up the tortilla tight and tuck the sides in. Cut it into halves and serve right away.
