Make sure to dry the strawberries well with paper towels so the chocolate sticks better.

Put the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Warm it up in short 20 to 30 second bursts, stirring each time, until smooth and fully melted.

Grab strawberries by their stems and dip them in the melted chocolate. Spin them around to cover evenly and let the extra chocolate drip off.

Lay the dipped strawberries spaced out on a parchment-paper lined tray.

Pop the tray in the fridge for about 15 to 20 minutes so the chocolate gets shiny and firm.
