01 - 6 washed and dried strawberries

02 - Put the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Warm it up in short 20 to 30 second bursts, stirring each time, until smooth and fully melted.
03 - Grab strawberries by their stems and dip them in the melted chocolate. Spin them around to cover evenly and let the extra chocolate drip off.
