# Ingredients You'll Need:

01 - 200 grams sugar that's white and fine
02 - 2 teaspoons baking powder
03 - 1 tablespoon cinnamon ground
04 - 240 grams plain flour

05 - 180 ml full-fat milk
06 - 115 grams butter melted
07 - 2 big eggs

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Turn your oven up to 175°C. Grease or cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a big bowl, sift the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and sugar together until all mixed well.
03 - In another bowl, whisk the eggs, melted butter, and milk until everything’s smooth.
04 - Slowly add the wet mix to the dry stuff. Stir just enough, don’t overwork it.
05 - Place spoonfuls of the dough onto the baking sheet, leaving room between each one to spread.
06 - Cook for 15-20 minutes. When edges look golden, take them out. Let cool a bit before eating.
