Turn your oven up to 175°C. Grease or cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a big bowl, sift the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and sugar together until all mixed well.

In another bowl, whisk the eggs, melted butter, and milk until everything’s smooth.

Slowly add the wet mix to the dry stuff. Stir just enough, don’t overwork it.

Place spoonfuls of the dough onto the baking sheet, leaving room between each one to spread.

Cook for 15-20 minutes. When edges look golden, take them out. Let cool a bit before eating.
