Pina Colada Milkshake (Print Version)

A speedy cool treat with coconut cream, pineapple, and vanilla ice cream. Light, sweet, and oh-so-chill.

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 cup ice cubes
02 - 15 ml honey or agave syrup
03 - 15 g sweetened shredded coconut
04 - 120 ml coconut cream
05 - 2.5 ml vanilla extract
06 - 60 ml whole milk or alternative milk
07 - 240 g frozen pineapple chunks
08 - 480 ml vanilla ice cream

→ Toppings (optional)

09 - Toasted coconut flakes
10 - Whipped cream
11 - Pineapple wedge

# Steps:

01 - Fill up those glasses with your shake. Sprinkle on the toasted coconut flakes and plop on some whipped cream. Pop a pineapple slice on the edge if you want and get a big straw in there. Enjoy right away.
02 - Let the blender run fast until everything's totally silky and the pineapple blends right in.
03 - Toss the ice cream, frozen pineapple bits, coconut cream, milk or milk substitute, shredded coconut, honey or agave, vanilla, and ice cubes all together in your blender jar.

# Notes:

01 - Want it vegan? Swap in non-dairy milk and a plant-based frozen treat for the ice cream.
02 - Want it thicker? Add more ice or cut back just a little on the milk.
03 - If you want extra flavor, golden coconut flakes just need a quick dry toast in a skillet.
