Toss in the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and parmesan with your avocado-spinach mix. Blend until smooth and lump-free.

Start by putting avocado and spinach in a food processor. Pulse until it’s creamy and smooth. Don’t forget to scrape down the sides now and then.
