# Ingredients You'll Need:

01 - 225 grams ziti rigati (or penne)
02 - 45 grams fresh spinach
03 - 75 grams Parmesan cheese, grated finely
04 - 3 teaspoons lemon juice
05 - 240 milliliters half and half
06 - 240 milliliters chicken broth
07 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
08 - 3 cloves garlic, chopped
09 - 4 tablespoons salted butter

10 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
11 - ½ teaspoon mustard powder
12 - ½ teaspoon dried parsley
13 - ½ teaspoon dried oregano

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Take it off the heat and dish it out straight away.
02 - Add lemon juice, then toss in your drained pasta. Mix until it’s all covered and warmed up.
03 - Stir in fresh spinach and let it wilt for 1 or 2 minutes.
04 - Turn heat down low and mix in Parmesan until it’s melted smooth.
05 - Pour in half and half plus oregano, parsley, mustard, and garlic powders. Let it simmer gently.
06 - Slowly add chicken broth while stirring to keep it smooth.
07 - Whisk in the flour and cook for a minute or two, stirring all the time to get rid of the raw flour flavor.
08 - Melt butter over medium heat in a big pan. Add garlic and cook just until you smell it, about a minute.
09 - Fill a large pot with salted water, bring it to a boil, and cook the pasta until just tender but still firm. Drain it and set aside.
