Take it off the heat and dish it out straight away.

Add lemon juice, then toss in your drained pasta. Mix until it’s all covered and warmed up.

Stir in fresh spinach and let it wilt for 1 or 2 minutes.

Turn heat down low and mix in Parmesan until it’s melted smooth.

Pour in half and half plus oregano, parsley, mustard, and garlic powders. Let it simmer gently.

Slowly add chicken broth while stirring to keep it smooth.

Whisk in the flour and cook for a minute or two, stirring all the time to get rid of the raw flour flavor.

Melt butter over medium heat in a big pan. Add garlic and cook just until you smell it, about a minute.

Fill a large pot with salted water, bring it to a boil, and cook the pasta until just tender but still firm. Drain it and set aside.
