Throw the tuna, cheddar, mayo, egg, celery, onion, breadcrumbs, mustard, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper into a bowl. Stir it up until it’s all blended.

Divide the mix into six equal parts then roll each into patties. Press extra breadcrumbs onto them.

Pour olive oil in a pan and warm it over medium heat till it’s hot and shimmering.

Cook the patties for about 3 to 4 minutes each side till they turn golden, crispy, and hot all the way through.

Serve right away. These go great in a sandwich or with your favorite sauce on the side.
