Roasted Crispy Broccoli (Printable Version)

# Ingredients You'll Need:

01 - 400 g broccoli florets, fresh

→ Spices

02 - 2 fresh garlic cloves, chopped
03 - 1 teaspoon sea salt
04 - Half a teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground

→ Oils

05 - 45 ml good quality olive oil

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Heat the oven up to 220°C and cover a baking tray with parchment.
02 - Wash broccoli under cold water and dry it completely.
03 - Press each floret lightly with a glass or measuring cup so they’re a bit squished.
04 - Put broccoli on the tray. Pour olive oil on top, then sprinkle garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix it all so every piece is covered.
05 - Bake for 20 minutes until the edges turn nice and golden brown.
06 - Take it out, cool for a moment, then dig in while it’s warm.
