Make sure both sides of the cube steaks get a good sprinkle of salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Lay the steaks flat in one layer inside your slow cooker.

Scatter the sliced onions evenly over the steak layer.

Pour the celery cream soup and beef stock gently on top, covering everything nicely.

Put the lid on and let everything simmer on low for 6 to 8 hours till the meat is really soft.

Scoop the steaks and sauce onto plates. They go great with mashed potatoes or rice.
