Ice, coconut milk, and lemon juice buzzed together for a chilly, smooth refresher.

# Ingredients:

01 - 350 g ice cubes
02 - 100 g regular sugar or swap in your favorite sweetener
03 - 240 ml canned coconut milk, full fat
04 - zest from 2 lemons
05 - 180 ml lemon juice squeezed right from the fruit (about 4 or 5 lemons)

# Steps:

01 - Pour in a little vodka or rum if you're feeling it, then give everything another quick blend.
02 - Fill up chilled cups with the frozen lemon coconut mix. Sip right away for best texture.
03 - Have a taste. Want it sweeter? Add more sweetener. Too thin? Toss in extra ice. Adjust till it’s perfect for you.
04 - Blast it all together in your blender on high so it’s slushy and you don’t spot any big ice chunks.
05 - Load your blender with lemon zest, lemon juice, coconut milk, sweetener, and ice. Doesn’t matter what order you throw them in.
