Stir together melted butter, parsley, and minced garlic in a small bowl.

Warm up a dry pan over medium-high heat. Cook each flatbread for about 3 minutes each side till golden and puffed.

Pour olive oil and warm water bit by bit into the flour mix. Keep stirring till dough sticks together.

Split the dough into 4 to 6 parts. Roll out each into a thin round shape.

Knead the dough for 5 minutes till soft, then cover and leave it for 20 minutes.

Toss baking powder, flour, and salt together in a bowl.
