02 - 240 g plain flour
03 - 30 ml olive oil
04 - 5 g baking powder

08 - 45 g melted unsalted butter

01 - Stir together melted butter, parsley, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
02 - Warm up a dry pan over medium-high heat. Cook each flatbread for about 3 minutes each side till golden and puffed.
03 - Pour olive oil and warm water bit by bit into the flour mix. Keep stirring till dough sticks together.
04 - Split the dough into 4 to 6 parts. Roll out each into a thin round shape.
05 - Knead the dough for 5 minutes till soft, then cover and leave it for 20 minutes.
