Get your skillet hot on medium-high and pour in the olive oil. Brown the steak slices for a couple of minutes until they get some color. Take them out and set aside.

In the same pan, melt the butter and cook the garlic until you can smell it. Toss in red pepper flakes if you want a kick, then pour in soy, oyster, Worcestershire, honey, salt, and pepper. Stir it all up.

Throw cooked noodles into that pan and give everything a good toss in the garlicky butter sauce. Add the steak back and stir gently to cover everything evenly.

Let it all cook another couple minutes so the flavors blend. Take off the heat, then top with green onions and sesame seeds before digging in.
