→ Noodles

02 - 227 g cooked ramen or egg noodles

→ Sauce and Seasonings

03 - 15 ml soy sauce
04 - 0.5 g salt
05 - 0.5 g black pepper
06 - 15 ml olive oil
07 - 5 ml honey
08 - 28 g butter
09 - 5 ml Worcestershire sauce
10 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
11 - 0.5 g red pepper flakes (if you like it spicy)
12 - 15 ml oyster sauce

→ Garnish

13 - 15 g toasted sesame seeds (optional)
14 - 60 ml chopped green onions

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Get your skillet hot on medium-high and pour in the olive oil. Brown the steak slices for a couple of minutes until they get some color. Take them out and set aside.
02 - In the same pan, melt the butter and cook the garlic until you can smell it. Toss in red pepper flakes if you want a kick, then pour in soy, oyster, Worcestershire, honey, salt, and pepper. Stir it all up.
03 - Throw cooked noodles into that pan and give everything a good toss in the garlicky butter sauce. Add the steak back and stir gently to cover everything evenly.
04 - Let it all cook another couple minutes so the flavors blend. Take off the heat, then top with green onions and sesame seeds before digging in.

# Helpful Tips:

01 - Spice it up or down by adjusting the red pepper flakes. Pick good butter to make it taste better. Eat this right away for the best flavor and texture.
