Turn the stove to medium heat. Melt butter or add oil to your pan to cover the bottom well.

Take each Hawaiian roll and slice it horizontally right through the middle. Get all other things ready.

In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla until it’s smooth and combined.

Dip both cut sides of each roll piece into the egg mix. Don’t soak too long so it stays firm.

Put the dipped rolls in the hot pan. Let them cook about 3 minutes each side until they turn golden and nice.

Move the cooked halves to a plate. Eat them right away with things like syrup or fresh berries.
