Mango Sorbet (Printable Version)

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Liquids

01 - 15 ml fresh lime juice
02 - 240 ml water

→ Sweeteners

03 - 200 grams of sugar

→ Fruits

04 - 4 mangoes, peeled and chopped small

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Put the blended mix in a flat dish then stick it in the freezer.
02 - Give it a good stir every hour for about 4 hours to keep it creamy.
03 - Heat up the water and sugar together until the sugar is totally melted.
04 - Take the pan off the heat and let the syrup come down to room temp.
05 - Throw the chopped mangoes, cooled syrup, and lime juice into the blender and mix till smooth.
06 - Scoop out the sorbet and serve it nice and cold.
