01 - 30 milliliters balsamic vinegar
02 - 30 milliliters honey

→ Seasoning

03 - 30 milliliters extra virgin olive oil
04 - Black pepper to taste
05 - Salt to taste

06 - 454 grams Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half

01 - Turn your oven to 200°C so it’s ready for roasting.
02 - Put the halved Brussels sprouts in a big bowl and mix them with olive oil, pepper, and salt until covered well.
03 - In a small bowl, mix honey with balsamic vinegar and stir until it’s all smooth.
04 - Place the coated sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment so they roast evenly.
05 - Pop the baking sheet in the oven and roast for 20 to 25 minutes until the sprouts turn golden and a bit crispy.
06 - Take the sprouts out and pour the honey balsamic mix over them just before serving.
