Turn the oven on to 200°C. Tear off four big squares of aluminum foil.

Put a bunch of the trimmed asparagus in the middle of each foil piece. Splash some olive oil on them and add salt and pepper.

Lay one fillet on each bunch of asparagus. Mix the rest of the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, and minced garlic in a bowl. Spoon this over the fish evenly.

Fold the foil over the fish and veggies, making sure to seal it tight so the steam stays inside.

Put the foil packets on a baking tray. Bake about 15 to 18 minutes until the salmon looks cooked through and flakes with a fork.

Open the foil carefully, move to plates, then dig in right away. You can add more lemon or fresh herbs if you want.
