# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Veggies

01 - One bunch of trimmed asparagus

→ Seasonings

02 - A couple tablespoons of olive oil
03 - Juice squeezed from one lemon
04 - Lemon peel grated from one lemon
05 - Two tablespoons of chopped fresh dill
06 - Two cloves of garlic, finely chopped
07 - Salt as you like
08 - Black pepper as needed

→ Fish

09 - Four salmon fillets, about 170 grams each

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Turn the oven on to 200°C. Tear off four big squares of aluminum foil.
02 - Put a bunch of the trimmed asparagus in the middle of each foil piece. Splash some olive oil on them and add salt and pepper.
03 - Lay one fillet on each bunch of asparagus. Mix the rest of the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, and minced garlic in a bowl. Spoon this over the fish evenly.
04 - Fold the foil over the fish and veggies, making sure to seal it tight so the steam stays inside.
05 - Put the foil packets on a baking tray. Bake about 15 to 18 minutes until the salmon looks cooked through and flakes with a fork.
06 - Open the foil carefully, move to plates, then dig in right away. You can add more lemon or fresh herbs if you want.

# Helpful Tips:

01 - Keep an eye on how thick the salmon is so it doesn’t dry out. Make sure the foil is sealed tight to keep everything steamy.
