01 - 115 grams softened cream cheese
02 - 30 grams unsalted butter
03 - 120 grams Mexican blend cheese, shredded
04 - 240 milliliters whole milk

→ Dry Stuff

05 - 16 grams all-purpose flour
06 - 0.5 grams onion powder
07 - Salt and fresh black pepper, as you like
08 - 0.5 grams garlic powder

→ Extras

09 - Chopped fresh cilantro for topping
10 - Tortilla chips for dipping
11 - Diced jalapeños if you want some heat

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Over medium heat, melt butter in a medium pan. Add flour and cook for about 1 or 2 minutes till it looks a little golden and combined.
02 - Slowly whisk in the milk, mixing until the sauce thickens and gets smooth.
03 - Add the shredded Mexican cheese and cream cheese. Stir until everything’s melted and creamy.
04 - Sprinkle in garlic and onion powders, salt, and pepper. Adjust so it tastes right to you.
