→ Cheese

03 - 200 g mozzarella, shredded
04 - 25 g Parmesan, grated

→ Meats

05 - 120 g mini pepperoni
06 - 60 g cooked sausage bits (you can skip this)

→ Vegetables

07 - 60 g chopped bell peppers (optional)
08 - 60 g mushroom slices (optional)
09 - 30 g diced onions (optional)
10 - 30 g black olives, chopped (optional)

→ Seasonings

11 - 1 tsp Italian herbs mix (about 1 g)
12 - Half a tsp garlic powder (around 1 g)

→ Others

13 - 1 beaten egg for brushing

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 190°C then line your baking tray with parchment so nothing sticks.
02 - Let the crescent dough sit at room temp for 5 minutes while you get all your toppings ready.
03 - Roll out the dough flat, spread sauce first, then sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan and the toppings you want over it.
04 - Fold the dough over the fillings to make pockets. Press the edges tight and use a fork to crimp so nothing spills out.
05 - Brush the pockets with the beaten egg and sprinkle the Italian herbs and garlic powder on top evenly.
06 - Bake the pockets for 15 minutes until they're lightly browned. Take them out and let them cool a bit before you dig in.

# Helpful Tips:

01 - Feel free to swap out toppings based on what you like and make sure the edges are sealed well to keep fillings inside during baking.
02 - These taste great served warm with extra marinara on the side for dipping.
