Let the dessert sit until it's completely cooled before slicing and sharing.

Get your oven ready at 350°F (175°C).

Grease a 9x13 inch (23x33 cm) pan well so nothing sticks.

Put half of the crushed Oreos in a nice even layer on the bottom of the pan.

Mix the chocolate cake mix with the milk till it’s smooth just like the box says.

Carefully spread the cake batter over the Oreo layer so it covers everything evenly.

In another bowl, mix soft cream cheese with powdered sugar until it’s nice and smooth.

Dollop spoonfuls of that cream cheese mix over the cake batter spreading them out.

Sprinkle the rest of the crushed Oreos over the cream cheese drops.

Pour the melted butter all over the top making sure it’s spread out.

Put the pan in the oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Check with a toothpick—it should come out clean when done.
