Oreo No-Bake Cheesecake Cups (Print Version)

Creamy no-bake cheesecake with crushed Oreos in individual cups - a delightful treat ready in just over an hour.

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
02 - 8 oz whipped topping
03 - 2/3 cup powdered sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 24-26 Oreo cookies

# Steps:

01 - Place the Oreos in a plastic bag and seal. Using a rolling pin or sturdy wooden spoon, crush the Oreos to a crumble. Spoon 1 1/2 - 2 tablespoons of the crushed Oreos to the bottom of 6 small dessert dishes (each at least 3/4 cup-1 cup in size). Set aside.
02 - Using a hand or standing mixer, whip the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy. Add the vanilla extract and mix until incorporated. Gently fold in the whipped topping to combine, then fold in the remaining crushed Oreos.
03 - Divide the cheesecake mixture evenly across the prepared dessert dishes, gently pressing the mixture onto the crushed Oreos. Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour or until ready to serve.
04 - Before serving, top with whipped cream and additional crushed Oreos. Enjoy your dessert!
