Passion Fruit Tea (Print Version)

Bright passion fruit tea keeps things cool and tasty—perfect for sunny days and casual hangouts.

# Ingredients:

→ For the Iced Tea

01 - Ice cubes for pouring in glasses
02 - 15 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice if you like
03 - 2–3 tablespoons of honey or any sweet syrup, change to your liking
04 - 120 ml passion fruit pulp, either fresh or from a bottle
05 - 240 ml cold water for mixing later
06 - 2 bags of green or black tea, whichever you prefer
07 - 480 ml water to brew your tea

# Steps:

01 - Pop some ice cubes into your glass. Fill it up with cold, fruity tea and enjoy right away.
02 - Stir in 240 ml cold water to thin it out. Throw your pitcher in the fridge for at least half an hour to get cold.
03 - Mix in honey or whatever sweet syrup you like best. Taste and see if it’s sweet enough. Splash in lemon juice if you want that little zing.
04 - Pour that passion fruit pulp right into your pitcher. Give it a good mix with your brewed tea.
05 - Boil 480 ml water in a kettle or pot. Drop in the tea bags. Wait 5 minutes so the flavor really pops, then grab the bags out and toss them.

# Notes:

01 - Go for ripe passion fruit if you can, or pick a really nice pulp. Try straining your tea if you want it even smoother. You can always tweak how sweet it is till it fits what you like.
