Right away, pour over lots of ice-filled glasses and enjoy.

Pour what you've got through a strainer into a big pitcher. Toss out the chunky bits. Add that super cold water and, if you want, the lavender oil. Stir until it's all mixed up.

Take it off the stove, toss in the lavender sprigs and strawberries (just chop 'em up a bit first). Let it just chill and soak for about 15 minutes so the tastes really come out.

In your saucepan, mix white sugar, Meyer lemon juice, and the first part of water. Warm it up on medium and stir so it melts together till the sugar's all gone.
