Warm your oven to 190°C. Spray your baking pan lightly with a nonstick spray.

Mix the stuffing mix with chicken stock, following package instructions. Toss in the chopped herbs.

Cut the turkey breast carefully across the width without slicing it all the way. Then lay it open like a big flat book.

Spread your stuffing all over the opened turkey evenly. Roll it up snugly and lock it in with kitchen twine or toothpicks.

Wrap the rolled turkey fully with the prosciutto slices making sure it’s covered well.

Put the turkey seam side down in the pan. Roast for about an hour until it hits 74°C inside. Let it sit a bit before you slice.
