# Ingredients You'll Need:

01 - About 1.36 kg boneless turkey breast
02 - 227 grams thin prosciutto slices

→ Stuffing Mix

03 - 240 ml chicken stock
04 - 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly cracked
05 - 240 grams stuffing mix
06 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
07 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Warm your oven to 190°C. Spray your baking pan lightly with a nonstick spray.
02 - Mix the stuffing mix with chicken stock, following package instructions. Toss in the chopped herbs.
03 - Cut the turkey breast carefully across the width without slicing it all the way. Then lay it open like a big flat book.
04 - Spread your stuffing all over the opened turkey evenly. Roll it up snugly and lock it in with kitchen twine or toothpicks.
05 - Wrap the rolled turkey fully with the prosciutto slices making sure it’s covered well.
06 - Put the turkey seam side down in the pan. Roast for about an hour until it hits 74°C inside. Let it sit a bit before you slice.
