Stuffed Turkey Wrapped in Prosciutto (Printable Version)

Turkey breast loaded with herb filling and wrapped in tasty prosciutto slices.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

01 - About 1.36 kg boneless turkey breast
02 - Thin prosciutto slices, 225 grams
03 - 160 grams of stuffing mix
04 - 240 ml chicken broth
05 - Chopped fresh thyme, 2 tablespoons
06 - Fresh rosemary chopped, 2 tablespoons
07 - 1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Turn your oven to 375°F (190°C). Give a baking dish a quick spray so nothing sticks.
02 - Mix the chicken broth and stuffing mix in a bowl following package notes. Stir in the thyme and rosemary until it’s all blended.
03 - Cut the turkey breast sideways but don’t slice all the way through. It should lie flat like a book.
04 - Spread the herb stuffing over the opened turkey evenly. Roll it up tight and keep it closed with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
05 - Wrap the rolled turkey fully with prosciutto slices so it’s completely covered.
06 - Put the prosciutto-wrapped turkey seam-side down in your dish. Roast for around an hour or until the inside hits 74°C. Let it sit for a bit before slicing.

# Helpful Tips:

01 - Make sure to check the turkey’s inside temp hits 74°C using a meat thermometer for safe eating.
