Brown the sausages in the way the package says. Once done, move them onto a plate to cool a bit.

Take off the crusts from the bread slices. Then use a rolling pin to squish the bread until it's nice and thin but doesn't tear.

Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon together in a shallow bowl until everything’s smooth.

Put a sausage at the edge of each flattened bread slice. Roll the bread around the sausage snugly. Do this for all of them.

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat until you hear it sizzle softly.

Dip each roll tightly in the egg mix so it’s coated all over. Put seam side down in the pan and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes, turning gently until golden and cooked through.

Take the roll-ups out of the pan. Serve them warm with maple syrup drizzled on top and a dusting of powdered sugar if you like.
