# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Sausage

01 - 8 breakfast links of sausage

→ Bread

02 - 8 slices of white or whole wheat bread

→ Egg Mix

03 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
04 - 120 ml milk
05 - 4 large eggs
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Cooking and Serving

07 - Some maple syrup for topping
08 - 15 g butter
09 - Powdered sugar if you want to dust on top

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Brown the sausages in the way the package says. Once done, move them onto a plate to cool a bit.
02 - Take off the crusts from the bread slices. Then use a rolling pin to squish the bread until it's nice and thin but doesn't tear.
03 - Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon together in a shallow bowl until everything’s smooth.
04 - Put a sausage at the edge of each flattened bread slice. Roll the bread around the sausage snugly. Do this for all of them.
05 - Melt butter in a pan over medium heat until you hear it sizzle softly.
06 - Dip each roll tightly in the egg mix so it’s coated all over. Put seam side down in the pan and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes, turning gently until golden and cooked through.
07 - Take the roll-ups out of the pan. Serve them warm with maple syrup drizzled on top and a dusting of powdered sugar if you like.
